It been 4 months i join the gym . The atmosphere here motivate the person who's wants to workout and get them transformed Trainers here are very professional and has more experience in the field . The guidance given by them can drive you to your goals . Mr.sudhakar , Mr.vinoth are the trainers who guide me in my gym . They both are very polite and friendly . They will push you to your limits without breaking your body. Moreover the gym has all the essential equipment for all workouts and has dedicated CrossFit zone for functional strength training . The conduct group cross fit sessions. I attended them and it was very useful The gym has a good ambience and peace to workout . The clients who come here is also very friendly and supportive.

Hi All, I am thrilled to say that this is my 1st gym experience where I got every support from Gym Trainers and making friends here. Getting Energy just by seeing others here. This gym have enough equipment to trainee you and professional trainers who will be so friends and jolly type. Even I am coming here to crack jokes sometimes. Awesome experience ! Happy to share my first gym experience at goldz fitness studio. The gym is spacious, clean, and well-equipped. The trainers are friendly and helpful, guiding me through the exercises and making sure I use the equipment correctly. It's a great place to work out with the right support. Vinoth master is helping me a lot and all his workouts are effective. His guidance makes my first gym experience smooth and enjoyable. It's the only gym around the Ambattur (Pudur) which opens at 4.45am. If you're looking for the perfect place to get fit then it's the right place to choose. I have been an active client in this gym for about 6 months now. I would like to appreciate the clean, tidy ambience, the gym is in very pristine condition. More notably, it is well ventilated, and you can enjoy your workout with a breeze with a pleasant fragrance. All the trainers are very receptive and knowledgeable, and they understand your goal and strive to achieve your goals. To mention specially, Mr. Vinod and Mr. Sudhakar are the trainers who helped me to be very consistent in my workouts and pushed me to achieve my fitness goals. I personally benefitted from shredding some extra luggage and obviously increased my flexibility. This is the only GYM (to my knowledge) that follows up when you miss your sessions. There are boot camps being conducted to boost the awareness of fitness, especially for the women. The best gym in and around the Ambattur area. I strongly recommend.
