Two months ago, I joined this gym. The trainers here are very experienced and friendly with a helpful nature. I have noticed a significant change in my body shape from last two months on. I highly recommend this gym for amateurs and professionals alike.

Best Gym around Iyyapanthangal. Good hospitality. Very very friendly trainers. From the day I joined, they are treating me in the same way. Neat and clean environment. Good maintenance and well equipped facility, special bootcamps, challenges to motivate us. It's a new experience for me to have boot camps, outdoor activities, challenges, personal recommendations for diet and exercises. Trainers Thulasi, Yuvaraj, Parthiban and Sugumar are the best people I have met in the industry. Even though they are seeing a lot of people everyday, they never showed tiredness or discomfort in their face. With a happy face, they will talk to you. The way they are approaching the training exercises motivates me to come daily. Easily visible from the road. Second floor of the building. Well cleaned washrooms are available for both men and women. The storage area is there to keep your shoes. Parking is there but not a big one. For bikes it will be good. No wheelchair access. Best price around this area.
