My son and I have been attending a 30-day swimming coaching program, and we still have a few more classes left to complete. So far, the experience has been really good. The coaches are patient, supportive, and give enough time for regular, systematic practice. With consistent effort, you can see steady improvement. I'm someone who usually has ENT-related sensitivities, but throughout the classes I haven't had any issues like cold, sinus, or skin problems. That shows the water quality and pool maintenance are quite decent. If you're a complete beginner, a 15-day course can help you get started with the basics. In 30 days, you'll likely get comfortable in the water and learn a couple of strokes. But for more thorough and confident swimming, a longer course -- like 3 months -- might help. Progress really depends on each person's stamina and comfort level, but the coaches do try their best to guide and push you forward. So far, it's been a positive experience for both me and my son.

The coaches here are well mannered and well trained, FSA is a good place to learn and swim!!

I started swimming here two weeks ago and paid for a month. A coach was there in the first week but not in the second. It seems coaching is only given when people come in groups. If someone comes alone, there's usually no coach. One coach asked me to come an hour early because they get tired staying in the water too long, but even then, I didn't get much help. I changed my timing, but the support didn't improve. Management should fix this. We're paying to learn, so coaching should be given properly. At least one coach should be there for every 3-4 people.
