I've been attending the Yoga and Zumba sessions for the last 5 months , and I can honestly say its been an amazing experience! Our instructor who we call very lovingly mam ,our Malathy mam truly stands out -- full of energy, positivity, and passion. Every class feels uplifting and perfectly balanced between fun and fitness. In the yoga sessions, our mam calm voice, clear guidance, and attention to detail make it easy for me to follow along and improve at their own pace. I've noticed a huge improvement in my flexibility, balance, and overall peace of mind, especially from the day to day chaos. The Zumba classes are just as incredible -- filled with great music , infectious energy, nice dance moves and so much joy! Even on days when I feel tired, I leave class feeling recharged and Happy.special thanks to my mam for this dance session ... What I appreciate most is how our instructor creates such a welcoming environment, and friendly atmosphere by motivating everyone regardless of their skill level. It's rare to find someone who can make fitness feel so fun and inspiring especially people like me who has been came from other state ,here we have celebrated every festival like a family which has made me making miss my state a bit less... I Highly recommend these classes to anyone looking to get fit, de-stress, and enjoy the process!
