A great place to train. good trainers they make corrections if we make mistakes. very neat interiors & good quality equipment's. Specifically they keep the fitness center neat and tidy. no smell of sweat.

This gym has just what I needed. One of the finest and professional gym in Thiruvottiyur. I had severe back pain for past 6 mnth but after joining this gym under Ravi master guidance , he strengthened my abs my total back pain is gone like magic. Personally mr.Praveen (trainer) corrected all my mistake while I am doing workout which helped me lot .thank god I found the right trainers who helped me to reach my fitness goal .Thanks to the team fitness essentials.
