Best gym with friendly coaches. Coach support very well and infrastructure was too good. I reccomened this gym to every beginner as they entering into the field of bodybuilding.

1. Keep the gym environment neat and clean, as well as the equipment. 2. Trainers are knowledgeable and approachable. 3. They have clearly classified all of our dietary and exercise concerns. 4. The equipment are excellent. 5. Every 45 days, they will perform a full body evaluation and change the diet and exercise schedule based on the results. 6. Throughout the workout, keep an eye on us and correct our posture if we are incorrect. 7. Trainers are excellent at crossfit training 8. Washrooms are kept immaculate Overall, an excellent fitness facility.

1.First thing I would love to tell about my personal trainer MR.HARISH He has an immense knowledge on each and every exercise.I was too obese at that time of joining the gym after joining personal training I have clear difference in my weight I have lost around 18 kgs with in 4 months from the date of joining.if some one thought of joining personal training give a try and you won't regret he will guide you as far as you can push 2. Secondly I would like to tell about MR.ROHIT BRUH who is the other trainer in the gym.when I joined the gym I have zero knowledge and I am not much interested in gym activities but he was the one who motivated me and who taught me the basics and the methods which helps me in losing weight 3.Their first goal is too keep the gym clean and hygiene 4.They sanitize equipments on daily basis 5.last but not the least every trainer in the gym treat each clients has their own family
