I am writing this review with delight satisfaction. Guys I have joined the fit and flex recently. Previously, I had experience in big brand gyms. Compared to the other gyms, this is one of the best gyms in the Iyyappanthangal area. In particular, Kannan Master is a very friendly and polite person. I have never seen any gym master like that before. Guys, if you are a beginner, this is the gym for you to go for.

I joined this gym one year back and have been very impressed with my experience so far. Special thanks to Kannan master for your guidance and diet plans. Best place for new comers, master will guide you with unique workout, diet plan. Every Sunday special Abs classes going on (no extra charge for this special classes).

I joined this GYM in January 2023. I was taken an healthy weight loss and I could see visible result which was good. My GYM trainer was Kannan Master. He is so professional in training. He taught me about the benefits of each and every workout clearly with patience. He gave me a diet plan and which helped me to loss my weight. Also he observed the changes which was happened in my body. I can see my physique getting transformed in 2 months. Kannan master helped me to loss my weight from 98 kg to 85 kg in 2months. I recommend this Gym to all who need to get fit and healthy.

I am a member of this gym for almost 4 months , and I'm really loving this place . Our gym master is a certified trainer and motivate us for health & fitness , not only our trainer helps us , fellow members too help us during workouts . If you are residing somewhere in porur, iyypanthangal this is the best gym in the locality with budget friendly fee. The fee is 2000 for 3 months.

i like local gym compare to moderate gym but here tool and equipment they are not proper maintance, trainers is not good they are simply setting on the chair , no proper guaindance no proper communication with people less safety ..previouly i dont know about this gym current situation i have seen like tat. 800rs not worth for this below 500rs is ok

Get the shape the way u lik. Affordable price with best friendly trainers. Train urslf nd train others. I have seen few who has started their carrier over here. Get certified in bodybuilding. U ll be motivational for others as soon as u joind bcz of the best transformation and ur winning medals/trophies of competetions
