First Set

I have worked out here for around 7 months. My experience here was amazing. I had a wonderful time with all the motivating and suppotive coaches. When I moved out from here for my higher studies I have been realising I had a great time with my sessions and training. One of the amazing thing about the trainers here is they never hesitate to guide you how to perform certain workouts, they never say you have been coming since long and you don't know how to do even this workout. My training was given with variety of combinations of workouts which I enjoyed a lot. Thanks again to the Fitness zone.

Trainers - Thorough professionals who know what they're doing. Proper guidance is received at all times and they treat you more as a friend/family than as a customer. Your workout is tailored to your needs and they are very friendly and approachable at all times. Gym - It's a value for your money (100%) gym. It's not air-conditioned, but I feel that's more of a pro than a con, given that I can sweat it out properly in the gym, early in the morning. That gives me a sense of satisfaction. They have a no non-sense approach, no fancy equipment. They have perfectly what you need to develop your body. Money - Minimal cost. You don't have to pay for any extra personal trainer and stuff, although that's what you get. I would recommend this gym to everyone, especially those who want to begin their fitness journey. You need a strong foundation and that's what you get here.

I'm going to this gym for past 2 yrs. Excellent trainers and good atmosphere to refresh our mind.. All trainers are certified and friendly to us..Fees structure is even suitable for middle class pplz..After going to this i didn't even search in Google for other gyms.. I'm 200% sure trainers will make your dream body to come true without any steroids or supplements..

I've never lasted more than 2 weeks at any gym, but the gym is so great that I enrolled for my 3rd month consecutively. I've had weight management issues, and the trainers inculcated discipline, vigor, motivation, and most importantly self-confidence. Very good place to work out, morning or evening. The staff are amazing, the facilities are good, and the regimen intense. A no-nonsense place - don't expect the niceties of SLAM or Talwarkars, because here, results are given priority over business.

This gym is a small, well-maintained place located on the 80 feet road. If you're looking for a fancy reception, locker or sauna, this might not be the place for you. The highlight of this place is the trainers who are available at all times for spotting and form correction. They also tell you clearly what workouts you'll be doing for the day. Overall, the friendly environment, helpful trainers and an affordable monthly fee all make this place a compelling package.

Reasonable price..and the best thing is trainers..they are not just ordinary trainers ..they care more on your health ....each and every workout you feel the change in your muscle..they guide you to do in a proper way...best environment... feel like being at home to do workout...definitely you feel that enthusiasm to go on time to change your life..

Just having an amazing experience with well trained professionals who keeps motivating and also trains well. To my goodness!!!! i have lost 10 kgs in 40 days by doing proper diet diet and workout as per the suggestions of my master.
