Trainer Nawaz and owner Walter are very committed to help customers in their wellness journey. I am 48 and my son 14 years tried during our visit from USA to stay fit. F4 team meets the person where they are and helps craft routine for our goals. I am a novice beginner to exercise formally and so they coached me very well on equipment usage, hydration, punctuality, and attendance. My son enjoyed every bit of his grandparents' home visit at Kallikuppam and it was made possible by F4. Check out their affiliate F4 clinic for a comprehensive physical exam. Friendly fellow patrons kept us motivated. We saw couples, ladies and men of men of all ages benefit. Come for a tour. Sound mind in a sound body - Swami vivekananda.

Awesome packages....cheap packages when compared to nearby gyms without quality compromise....very much professional trainers....recently many have placed in powerlifting competitions....great place for men and women.....everyone's goals are being achieved....

!! Highly not recommended !! Rating: This gym is one of the worst experiences I've had. There's absolutely no hygiene maintained--dirty floors and equipment are the norm. The gym is severely under-equipped, with barely any variety for proper workouts. The trainers and staff are highly unprofessional, with terrible attitudes and a lack of basic courtesy. Instead of focusing on guiding members, they spend more time gossiping and chit chat with ladies. They constantly try to brainwash you into signing up for personal training (PT), making the whole experience feel more about money than fitness. There are no changing rooms, no air conditioning, not even proper fans or bright lights--it's like working out in a dim, suffocating cave. Overall, it feels like they care only about profit and not their members' well-being or fitness goals. Definitely avoid this place!
