Ambience - I think this is the biggest gym in this neighborhood (in space - atleast to my knowledge). This automatically helps people get into other exercises and not be limited to gym equipment. Experience - I joined after a month of bed rest due to discs slip. I was on the brink of disk removal/replacement operation. When I joined the gym, I was even finding it tough to complete 1 set (10counts) of sit n stand but was able to walk slowly and was not able to climb stairs easily. I joined here and I am getting back to normal. I was given personal attention on strengthening exercises that concentrates on my pain points. Today (exactly 1 month from joining), I am able to do lot of activities, run/jog/jump, lift few weights and more. I wouldn't say I am completely well now, but far from where I was a month back. Trainer (Gowtham) does not concentrate on lifting weights and a structured module. He improvises on your strengths and is able to concentrate on multiple people, correct their postures and remember exercises for each individual. He believes fitness is more important than body building. Also, weekend Boot Camp becomes a stress buster with fun activities. Additionally, I would like to also mention that the cost is reasonable/more than what you can bargain vs what you get. I would suggest this place for elders, middle-age and youngsters (all genders) as I have reaped the benefits personally.
