Elate

I came here to check out their yoga classes, after first class there was no turning back. Senthil and his team are truly amazing and are re-inventing the art of yoga. I highly recommend this place for people keen on physical and mental transformations:)

I feel my body has become more flexible after joining Elate yoga. Thanks to our yoga master & appreciate the way he takes the whole class along and gently motivates each one of us to extend our boundaries! I would definitely recommend ELATE studio to anyone interested in taking up yoga.

Elate sessions are lots of fun, lots of energy and you get back home with a sense of fulfilment- of living a healthy life. Now my entire family are practising Yoga that includes my 5 year old son; and he is always looking forward for the next kids batch at Elate. Elate aspires to be excellent. I am very happy and wish i can give more than 5 stars.

Yoga is something that makes both your body and soul feel Good. With Yoga one can calm their senses and also maintain a healthy body. With Elate, I felt totally amazing after each and every class. The workouts , the stretching , learning new asanas made me so excited and I kept on looking forward to stretch myself more to do it perfectly. To being able to do it perfect One needs to have a Good Trainer, With Senthil Sir being Our Trainer Yoga became a fun workout session since he keeps pushing us more so that we can do it , he Motivates us so that we don't give up and most importantly explains us what each and every asan would do to our body and how it would help us. Elate is that Place for workout that would make Reducing those inches fun and also rejuvenate our mind and body... Its a Yoo for Elate and Yoo man for Senthil Anna

I've really enjoyed doing yoga here. Senthil is a really nice guy and a great yoga teacher. I'm definitely getting stronger
