Valli mam is such a gem whenever i think of the word Yoga. No second thoughts came for me when i got pregnant and thought of prenatal yoga during my pregnancy.I took online pregnancy yoga class., right from Warmup, asanas, everyday pranayama, meditation especially with visualization was awesome and I felt light and free. Mam gave brief summary of what to eat, drink during each month of pregnancy and food to take post childbirth. due to hormonal changes i was always stressed but mam made me feel positive always which made relieve stressed and feel light during pregnancy. I always had her positive words in my mind during my labour which made me not to shred tears and birth happily. i had normal delivery. All this was possible because of pregnancy yoga under the guidance of Valli Mam. I Highly push my ppl around me (who are about to be mother) to take up classes with her. Valli mam is full of energy and positivity. Even when we cannot do asanas she ll encourage us to do with her sweet words. Thank you is a small word but Me and my husband are ever grateful for you mam.
