Valli mam is such a gem whenever i think of the word Yoga. No second thoughts came for me when i got pregnant and thought of prenatal yoga during my pregnancy.I took online pregnancy yoga class., right from Warmup, asanas, everyday pranayama, meditation especially with visualization was awesome and I felt light and free. Mam gave brief summary of what to eat, drink during each month of pregnancy and food to take post childbirth. due to hormonal changes i was always stressed but mam made me feel positive always which made relieve stressed and feel light during pregnancy. I always had her positive words in my mind during my labour which made me not to shred tears and birth happily. i had normal delivery. All this was possible because of pregnancy yoga under the guidance of Valli Mam. I Highly push my ppl around me (who are about to be mother) to take up classes with her. Valli mam is full of energy and positivity. Even when we cannot do asanas she ll encourage us to do with her sweet words. Thank you is a small word but Me and my husband are ever grateful for you mam.

Valli mam was my pre-natal yoga guru for both my pregnancies In the first pregnancy i chose mam via reviews and I was almost in 8th month of pregnancy ,despite the timeline mam managed to teach all necessary yoga poses,meditation,breathing exercises needed for normal delivery. In my second , I started classes from third month and continued till date of delivery-classes were online . In both pregnancies mam's dedication,sincerity towards teaching,and positive vibes made it possible for me to have a safe and well-planned delivery.Her words of affirmation, guidance about food , asanas explanation,slokas were the most crucial for my physical and mental wellbeing thoroughout . I can vouch for mam's pre natal to be beneficial and hope many more moms-to-be to benefit from her as well.

Easy Yoga Studioz Valli Madam is highly knowledgable and teaches yoga very nicely and make us to do Yoga easily. She teaches us how to do Yoga in easy manner..I highly recommend everyone to join Easy Yoga Studioz classes and do yoga easily and keep fit & healthy.
