Dyo Fitness Club definitely lives up to its motto - "Experience the difference".
After joining dyofitx, I can feel that I am much more flexible and stronger. They focus on not only strengthening but your overall mobility along with your posture individually. They push you to be more flexible and more stronger in each and every session. They push you to be a better version of yourself than yesterday in every single session. Once in every week, Dyofitx conducts a 90 minute yoga session which will be really refreshing and relaxed your mindset.
Recently, we went on a 7-8km trek (one way). This is my second time. I can definitely feel the difference. It was relatively easier than my first time.
What's more special is the Dyofitx community!! You can see a wide range of aged people, from 15 years to 70 years, all with the same mindset to be a better version of themselves both mentally and physically. Delighted to be part of such a vibrant and like-minded community.
Really grateful to have found Coach Mareeswaran and the team who puts all the work in the background to improve our lifestyle.

Here we understand how lifestyle, food, exercise, yoga, and meditation are connected. The environment here is open n green which is really good.
