I have been attending yoga classes here for the past 3 months and have noticed a lot of positive changes both physically and mentally. I'm very satisfied with my trainer, Priyanka, for the way she guides us through each session. She is extremely polite, kind, and patiently addresses all our doubts, making the practice more effective and enjoyable. The place is clean and neat too. This is definitely the best place in this locality for yoga, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking to improve their overall well-being.
