This place has been instrumental in helping me regain consistency in my fitness routine. I've engaged in personal training, and Goutham has meticulously crafted my schedule. The availability of flexible scheduling makes it easier to prioritize sessions, ensuring I have the mental focus to give 100% during workouts. When I started, I was overweight, had limited flexibility, and urgently needed rehabilitation for my fracture. Now, I can confidently say I am on the right path to achieving my fitness goals, with significantly improved flexibility and strength.
The physiotherapist, Shruti, is also excellent. During the initial rehabilitation phase, she was very supportive and helped me identify the specific pain points that needed attention.

I am Chitra, 51 years old. I have been a trainee at Brio for the past four years. I would love to share my experiences at Brio and my gains . I joined Brio with a hamstring tear and worked on it with Babitha. In a few months, the after effects of the tear had disappeared completely.
I could visibly feel the physical changes in me as I continued with the strength training under Babitha. Last year, I went on a hike in the Himalayas to the Valley of Flowers and came back with severe pain in the knees and back. After a few months of intense rehabilitation program and physiotherapy, I got over the pain.
This year i decided to go on a trek once again in the Himalayas, to Gaumukh, the glacier where River Ganga originates. Ever since I finalised the trip, Babitha put me on a meticulously planned work-out regime for my legs and overall strength. The trek was much more difficult than what I had anticipated, with boulders and steep climbs all through.
I have just returned from the trek. It was an unbelievable experience. After an initial bout of breathlessness, i quickly regained my composure and was able to complete the difficult 5-day trek with absolutely no pain in my knees, back, hamstrings, quads or calf. Thanks to Babitha, I realise, my muscles have been really strengthened to withstand this much of pressure.
I am all the more encouraged now to work-out even more vigorously under Babitha and make myself fitter. I would like to encourage all the trainees at Brio to continue training regularly.
No gain without pain and I realise there's no fitness without sweating it out.

I am regular at Brio Fitness Studio for strength training since 2022. How this differs from regular gym is that, though you are part of group class, you are still given a customized workout plan and monitored progress that helps in overall improvement in strength training.
I had LCL ligament injury after a scooty fall in November 2023. After three weeks of immobilization, I started my recovery journey with Brio Fitness Studio. Their physiotherapy sessions and leg-strengthening exercises were incredibly helpful. Following their guidelines, especially the exercises with ankle weights, made a noticeable improvement in my range of motion over time.
Gradually, I resumed regular strength training classes, with the loads on my legs increased carefully. After a few months, I was back to group routines, and five months later, I managed to complete the Deoriatal Chandrashila summit climb without any injury or leg issues!
Special thanks to Babitha for continues guidance during this time, Gautham for the strength training with customized leg-focused exercises, and physiotherapist Sruthi, who was excellent at rehab. The availability of strength training, rehabilitation, pain management, Pilates, and personalized training for people with specific weight management goals makes Brio a comprehensive wellness center.
For anyone looking for a space dedicated to women's strength training, exploring Pilates, personal training, i will definitely recommend to try Brio Fitness Studio. Getting a like minded women community to work-out together is a bonus :) for me
