I have been doing yoga for almost 2 years now. I have been able to notice remarkable improvement in my physical strength and flexibility and fitness overall. Doing yoga has also improved my concentration and reduces stress and tension. Body and soul yoga studio offers excellent yoga sessions and teachers (Ms. Priya) is knowledgeable and observes and corrects the students. I have to say that learning yoga has been a great lifestyle choice and advocate it to people of all ages
