Bheema Fit City (Branch 3)

I joined this gym to improve mobility and strength for my marathon training and it's been a great experience. Owner Karthik and Trainers (Mahesh and Deepak) focus on the right workouts for runners, with attention to flexibility, injury prevention and overall strength. I can already feel the difference in my runs. Highly recommend for anyone into fitness or endurance sports!

I have been joined since a year ago. A very positive and energetic environment space around. The couch guides me in an very good manner. Really very satisfied in being a part of BFC. Especially I thank Mr. Mahesh trainer for all his guidance throughout.

I've been at this gym for over a year, and it's been amazing. Thanks to Coach Hari , the trainer, I've benefited greatly and reduced 15 kilos while building some muscle. Hari bro is exceptional, offering diverse workouts and ensuring each session is engaging. His group classes are motivating, and his diet tips are simple and effective. Unlike other gyms, he focuses on realistic goals and proper form. His personalized training has boosted my strength and includes rehab exercises often overlooked by others. Very nice gym with qualified equipments and this is my first gym experience especially my coach Maheswaran with lots of skills he was a very good trainer and a motivated guy
