I've been training at Beyond Fitness Gym in Chennai for a while now, and I can confidently say it's one of the best fitness spaces in Chennai and the only gym which is run by a doctor who has immense experience in the field .The gym is packed with high-end, well-maintained machines for strength training, cardio, and functional workouts. The personal trainers are very knowledgeable . Beyond fitness , a doctor run gym 100% lives up to its name .

Its the 1st gym in chennai that took my blood test at the gym itself and prescribes diet and custom made nutrition along with personalised exercises. The trainers are very friendly.
