Nice place for the workout,They guide with proper techniques and push us to do our best. I've seen great improvement in my fitness and confidence. A big shoutout to Dance Fitness Master Jobin- he is truly amazing at what he does! His sessions are full of energy, fun, and good music. He makes sure everyone is involved, and he always pushes us to give our best while keeping the vibe light and enjoyable. One of the best places to learn dance and also become fit. Very friendly and positive environment. I'm seeing a very big difference in my body after attending the classes regularly and I'm more flexible now. The cardio, the core workouts and the cooldowns are just what you need for the day. A special mention to the trainer Jobin who motivates us and creates a very friendly Aura to be ourselves. I'm very happy to be a part of the morning classes and I'm loving it!!

In the era of gyms, Aura Dace Fitness studio is a true game changer. With proper warmups and increasing intensity of dance fitness (that covers the cardio) followed by core workouts and cooldowns, it is a perfect package. Excellent fitness program...good cardio, core workout routine and yoga ... I have been going for 3months now... and trust me you never get bored... everyday we get to do something new... Jobin is an excellent trainer and customises the routine if we have any health issues....best place to get stronger with exciting dance moves.
