AUGUSTINS GYM

I have been doing workout here for around last 3 months. This gym have 3 floor with good quality manual weights and machine equipments. Hence we can workout peaceful since the crowd is less even in busy times of the day due to the separate floor. Only drawback is AC is not working in 3 floor.

One of the perfect gyms in our area.. good and friendly training given by our master bro.. I have reduced around 3kgs in every month and for past 6months am doing great with our trainer bro. Excellent guidance for new joiners. Well equipped gym. I have been to other gyms in Choolaimedu but overall satisfaction is very good here and comparatively here it's affordable for our membership fee. clean well and good AC gym comparing to others in our area.

This gym is very neat and for each muscle group there is seperate floor( First - cardio, Second - lat & forearm, Third - sholder & chest). So there is less crowd during peak hours also.

3 levels of equipment individually for specific workout, superb crowd management, trainers available at any point of time to correct our workout. Best place to sweat and weight loss. I have been guided with proper workout which I have not seen in other gyms around my place.
