Absolutely love this gym! The equipment is always clean and well-maintained, and there's a great variety for all workout types. The staff is super friendly and always available to help. The group classes are fun and motivating, and the trainers are knowledgeable. It's a great environment for both beginners and seasoned gym-goers.

I'm writing this review with immense disappointment regarding management practices, which are, in my opinion, directly leading to a decline in the gym's quality and member experience. Over the past few months, I've witnessed a disturbing trend of truly exceptional and highly effective trainers being terminated or leaving the gym without any clear or justifiable reasons. These were individuals who were not only skilled in their profession but also deeply committed to their clients' success, creating a positive and motivating environment. The absence of these trainers is keenly felt. This pattern suggests a fundamental issue with management's decision-making and their apparent disregard for the value of their most valuable asset - their human capital. It raises serious questions about transparency, fairness, and the long-term vision for the gym. It's frustrating to see such talented professionals, who significantly contributed to the gym's reputation and member satisfaction, being let go without a valid explanation. Ultimately, this reflects poorly on the leadership. A gym's success is built on the expertise and dedication of its trainers, and when management fails to retain or, worse, inexplicably removes, its best talent, it's the members who suffer. Unless there's a significant shift in how management values and retains its excellent staff, I fear will continue to lose its competitive edge and its loyal members. I strongly urge the management to reconsider their approach and prioritize the retention of their high-performing trainers, for the sake of the gym's future and its members' well-being.

This gym is absolutely amazing! The equipment is top-notch and well-maintained, and the entire space is clean and organized. The gym trainer is incredibly friendly, supportive, and always ready to help -- whether it's guiding you through a workout or motivating you to push harder.I've already started seeing great results and feel stronger and more confident than ever before.

The Best Gym around in Nanganallur area. Worth more than we pay. I took annual package which is the same amount in other gyms but the equipments n maintainence of the gym is more than we pay. No machines are put aside if it needs repair maintanence is done constantly so all the machines are available all the time. Gym ambience is very good and the trainees are always a step away for assistance. Any issues to reach out to the management is effectively handled by manager who assists immediately to fix the issue. Unlike other gyms this gym has a corporate structure so it's very comfortable for office going people. 1st floor for cardio n 2nd floor for strength so there's plenty of space to workout. Ground floor reception. Ample parking space n a good crowd so u nvr feel alone. Gym open from morning 5 to 10 which is very helpful to come n work out. Sundays also open so easy to compensate the days missed. Pakka gym for people who wants to get fit n lose weight.

The management is very poor. A new manager was appointed and all the good trainer are being terminated without a valid reason. Pinky was the only female trainer and all of a sudden she was removed and no female trainer has been appointed yet. And next trainer Harish is removed. When all the good trainers are being removed you will lose all the client base as well. The gym is losing its credibility with all such acts. I will think twice to renew my membership here and will not recommend others for sure. Before you remove your employees investigate properly.
