Ateliers - Best Gym in Ramapuram

Ateliers Fitness is like my second home :) Yes! Have been training in Ateliers for a decade now and have seen many versions and upgrades by the management. Open from 5:30 AM to 10 PM. One of my favourite gyms to comeback and train. Compared to previous Ateliers, The newly added turf, sledge and punching bag stations are an added advantage for functional training lovers. Gym is a little crowded in the late evenings and I prefer to go in the afternoons or early mornings when no or less people are present. #EmptyGymVibes A wide spaced Gym is seen very rare and only few in Chennai are there and this is one. To walk around between sets and choices to opt between machines and manual trainings are available in good numbers. Old school style individual squat racks are a plus for weightlifting enthusiasts A separate aerobic hall is present for individual workout sessions & One on One training sessions. As we are nearing summer time requesting for flexible AC timings. Coming to the amenities like television, individual restrooms away from fitness hall, lockers and steam room are a plus. But limited numbers like only "One at a time" kind of. It would be great help if the song choices played on TV are observed & taken ownership by the management or trainers to change when there's an irrelevant song playing in the Gym :| :) A great place to train and take pictures/videos for your workout training vlog. This is my personal review, I joined this gym on January 1 to start my weightloss journey when I was 126 and now I am 85 weight, personal trainer are best giving in diet and workout exercises and weight training, I really thanks my training and the owner of this gym arasu master because arasu master give me more motivation when I was sad I really happy after my weightloss I suggest is you need to control your food habits and food cravings is the main thing control to weightloss.

Get place to be trained and the mind free to talk wit the trainers they give u offers and tike for payment no female trainers but compliment bag for joining us been given and trainers help u I diet

This gym has decent equipment, but the trainers are the worst I've encountered in four gyms. They're always sitting in the lobby, doing nothing, and I've never seen them engage with members. When I asked for a pre-workout stretch routine, the trainer seemed uninterested and showed me a lackluster routine, even though the gym was nearly empty. Additionally, they refuse to turn on the AC, fans, or lights during peak hours unless prompted. It's a horribly uncomfortable experience, especially considering the gym's lack of ventilation and location on the third floor with no lift. Overall, I'd advise beginners or anyone with health issues to steer clear of this gym. P.S: I'll Update this review if they improve.

Ateliers Gym is fantastic! Raji akka and Lakshmi akka are always welcoming and friendly, creating a positive atmosphere every time you walk in. The equipment is great . Highly recommended!

Gym is well-maintained, air-conditioned, and has quality equipment. the staff is friendly and connected, and the trainers are knowledgeable and motivating

The best aspect of this gym is that it is maintained properly and it's fully air-conditioned. The workout place doesn't get densely crowded thus ensuring peaceful workout sessions. There are enough dumbbells and plates in the gym that you wouldn't have to wait to take turns to use them. And there are around 8 treadmills and couple of Cycling and EFX machines too. There are machines targeting each muscle group. And it also has Cable machine and Smith machine.
