It is one of the best gym in Kottivakkam, ECR. The ambience is very clean and neat with efficient trainers who are very humble to help and guide you in your fitness journey. It is a well lit space with an amazing terrace for early morning and evening outdoor workouts. Good ambience can give you good vibe and good vibe can push you to do what you aim for and this place is a perfect spot for that.

Have been going to this gym since July 2024. This was previously the saiyan house of fitness and rebranded as aries. The staff are very good and helpful. The hygiene is also great. The gym is well maintained.
