Iam very happy to say that Iam feeling very relaxed after attending yoga sessions, and meditation class is wonderful.... The timings also very convenient. There is online and offline class facilities....Yoga taught based on our health issues is very much appreciable....I thank my mam so much for her dedicated teaching.....

Last time i gave review on behalf of my son and now she has become my teacher also. Her yoga sessions are really helpful for the physical and mental fitness combining breathing and asana routines. Especially during the pandemic time i was moved by her sympathy and concern to help the affected souls. Without pushing too hard, at your own pace she really make you to do things. As far as my son is concerned he is one of her senior student now. They both know each other very well and without my interruption he can take up her classes on his own. Though we miss the wonderful environment of the studio and seeing her directly we are very comfortable in her online mode of teaching also. Thanks to her wonderful effort and all the best for her to continue her service.

My daughter has improved a lot because of this yoga. Mam knows the pulse of each kids and make sure they understand. Though I had mnah personal issues I made sure my daughter doesn't quit this because it's helping her a lot from different things and mam is very supportive for this.
