I have been training at this gym for the past one year. Initially, I had no idea about proper workout plans, but after joining the 45-day program, I noticed a huge improvement in my strength and heart health. The trainers, Pugazh and Karthick, were extremely supportive and guided me throughout my fitness journey. Their dedication and constant motivation helped me achieve my goals effectively. Overall, this gym provides a great environment for both beginners and experienced lifters

I joined this gym 45 days ago, and I am very happy with my progress. On the first onwards trainers Karthikeyan and Pugal gave me a detailed assessment -- including heart rate, weight, height, and body fat percentage -- and prepared a structured workout plan for me. The training was systematic, with a good mix of cardio and strength exercises, and I managed to lose 5 kgs in 45 days under their guidance. The trainers are very supportive, knowledgeable, and motivating. The gym environment is clean and well-maintained, and the owner is also very friendly and professional, explaining everything clearly. Overall, this gym provides a very structured and results-oriented approach. I highly recommend it to anyone looking to transform their fitness journey.

Initially I came for posture correction. I did work out for 45 days. I have done one assessment. My shoulder posture was imbalanced. After doing tremendous work out all my relatives were surprised to see my shoulder posture and they told me that I was walking straight. Thanks to Sarvanan (Vicky bro), Pugazh bro, Karthik Bro. Terrible Experience - Never Again! This is by far the worst gym I've ever been to. The equipment is outdated, half of the machines don't even work, and the place is always overcrowded. The staff is rude, unprofessional, and more interested in chatting with each other than helping members. The hygiene is appalling - dirty floors, sweat-covered machines, and bathrooms that smell awful. They promise facilities that they never deliver on, and the membership fees are ridiculously high for the poor quality. On top of that, they make cancellation nearly impossible. Save your money and go literally anywhere else - this gym is a scam.
