I have been working out at 7D for the past four years. Recently, I changed my gym because the owner is very money-minded. He expects you to renew your membership a month before the actual due date and keeps messaging or calling you--even before the due date, not after that made me very frustrated. Additionally, if you're looking for personal training, I wouldn't recommend it. The trainers are not supportive and do not meet expectations. AC, it's okay not bad.

I have been doing for the last one year in the 7D Fitness Studios and I truly say that this Gym is such a Nice Fitness Centre in West Mogappiar. All the gym equipments are imported ones supplied by VIVA FITNESS. Gym atmosphere seems so nice in all the times.
