Joining this yoga class has been a total game-changer for me! Not only has it helped me become more flexible but it has also seriously boosted my memory and brain power , improving my focus, sharpening my thoughts, and making me feel like an upgraded version of myself. Yoga academy is a serene place to start your day . I have been learning yoga here for the past two months and could see remarkable improvement in my flexibility and stamina . Instructor is knowledgeable, pays individual attention and motivates you to be a better person everyday. She plans asanas as per personal health issues and needs . You will feel energetic throughout the day . I wish I joined earlier . I highly recommend to anyone seeking personal development.

The academy is a treasure to me. Awesome practice given by Hema mam. The way she takes care of individual is highly appreciated. Apart from yoga she also advices us on the food habit, physical fitness, moral guidance and so on. Good place to learn yoga. The best yoga academy for kids and adults. Really lucky and blessed to get a guru like Hema Mam. My daughter have joined with mam when she was close to 4 years of her age and now she does lots of Aasanas. Not only yoga she teaches on healthy diet and various other good things that a child should know. Mam gives Individual focus and she Knows who does what. There is nothing forcefully she makes the kids to do. She find what is best in kid and make them shine. She takes personal care on kids. She trains kids on all aspects. She knows the Individual talent and skill of a particular kid and mould and train the kid accordingly. I would personally recommend this academy to my surroundings. This yoga center is a true gem! Yoga mam is a fantastic teacher who creates a warm and welcoming environment. The classes are challenging yet accessible, leaving me feeling both energized and relaxed. I especially appreciate the focus on breathwork. I always leave feeling refreshed and rejuvenated. Excellent academy with excellent yoga mam.I felt very difficult for the past 3 years to reduce my weight.After joining Yoga class I have reduced 7 kgs in 3 months.I am very grateful for Mrs Hema Dhanraj (yoga mam) helped me out in giving diet,asanas .She also suggested few excercise for my neck pain which helps in relief.
