Its been one year since I joined Anantha Yoga. I had been skeptical of joining yoga presuming that it may not be suitable for me. I came to this centre to improve my knee pain and overall mobility. Though the initial month was challenging and not to mention quite painful, I began to see a lot of improvement not just with my knee pain but overall strength and energy levels. Gowtham Sir is a very friendly but persuasive mentor and his guidance, motivation and fun spirit makes the sessions lively for everyone.
