DrFit Gym - Saravanan Master, he is not just a trainer! He is more than that.. I have disc bulge and severe compression in L4 L5 S1, which resulted in numbness in my left leg, took epidural steroids, I consulted many doctors, physiotherapists, where every one opted only for surgery. I wasn't ready for it, I approached many gyms (SLAM, PINK, 7D FITNESS, etc) to start strength training for pain. No one was ready to enroll me seeing my medical reports, all suggested to rest for the entire life. When I came to DrFit, the only person who said he can cure me from pain was Saravanan Master..
