It's really very awesome gym. The highlights of the particular gym those 2 trainers are very good. They will care all of the clients in same time and personal guidance also there. Not compelling for any proteins. Really I have lost my weight 9kg in 2.5 months. Really I can't believe it till now. Must visitable gym in erode surroundings. Always welcome here.

Good trainer and support person

This gym is really very goood. The unique of the gym is very compact and with needed of every equipiments. Thos two trainers(dhanapal and vignesh) are very good and caring the individual clients. And i can see the high level clients also visiting here. Must visitable gym this one.

First of all I like to thank trainer Mr.Dhanapal. He's training is to good. Last 25 days befor I joined this gym. Before my weight 81.2 now 78.3I am felling good now. I didn't follow any diet or something but weight loss is happened for me. Consistency is the key in this gym and trainer will give definitely and Excellent ambience and equipments also to good. I am highly recommend to this gym for weight loss and muscle gain. Keep rocking guy's all the best ROLF.

One of the best gym I have experienced so far. The coach Mr Dhanabalan and Mr Pothigai were so friendly and motivating at the same time. Corrected all my positions and assisted in every workout. Would recommend them to everyone. Thanks.

Hey hi all, about rolf this is a awesome gym. Especially about this gym thos clients dhanapal and vignesh are very good they are caring the client's very good. Here I can notice the trainer they are always caring the client's each and every mins. In this gym the trainers aren't compelling for any protiens ans nutritional. Till im is gym i can feel that i lose my weights.. thanks
