I've been a regular at this gym for a long time, and I have to say, the recent upgrades have been fantastic! The new machines are top-notch, and the revamped look of the gym really adds to the atmosphere. The modern and sleek design gives off such a cool vibe, and it's become even more motivating to work out here. It's clear they really care about providing a great experience for members. I'm loving the fresh energy, and it's made my workouts even more enjoyable. Highly recommend this gym to anyone looking for a great place to train!

Gym with all necessary equipments, good ambience, friendly coach, very comfortable environment for female for doing workouts... crossfit program conducting two days in a week, which charged for rs.2500 for 6 months... Really this will be helpful for complete body workouts with group of people...other than this bootcamp organised monthly once at outdoor..people looking for weight loss add crossfit along with ur gym package...For normal gym workouts, u hv packages starts from 3 months, 6 months and 12 months etc., trainer clarifies all our doubts patiently, they provides dietian consultation too... Each workout being explained, clarifies all our doubts without any hesitation by the trainer esp by Mr.Mohan...other than this to motivate people they are organising friday fitness competition and encourage winners by giving gifts... Its one of the best gym for avadi people... Worth for the money you pay definitely people feel the change after 21 days...

I had been going to gym for several months and I didnt gained much muscle. This gym sort out of my problem and I helped me to gain more muscles. The trainer and management are very good. They are being more flexible, kind and supportive.

Solid fitness avadi gym one of the best gym. Trainers are friendly and giving good training and giving support to lift heavy weight. Trainers are giving proper diet for weight gain and weight loss. Especially saravanan and Danny and karthik trainers are very very good in morning section. Equipments are good and new and maintenance are very clean and neat.
