Budget friendly, Nice and private gym for women's. my trainer veena hit me up with new new workouts and never failed to motivate me. I have lost 3 kg in a month.

It's been two months since I joined the gym. The trainers are very encouraging and approachable. There is cycling and a treadmill for cardio. But there are weights and machines for strength training that help you lose fat. I have lost 5 kg in 2 months. It's really affordable and economical when compared to the hi-fi gym.
