Very unfortunately, there in no single treadmill available which mostly gives an optimum cardiac function. Mostly , customised welded bench, and other workout machineries have been set here. Safety concern is less. Beyond all, it's mainly for a location like where there is no single Gym available. Monthly is fee is not high.
One of the best gyms with variety of equipments. Overall experience good. Right place to build your muscle !
