I'm having proper workout guidance as an beginner I feel it's a good place and 4. there is a park over there to warmup/warmdown to relax ur muscles. 5. No a/c and water purifier with hot and chill water available. 6. Suppliments are displayed. 7. Sound system available. 8. Parking available for both bike and car. 9. Newly Updated hydraulic equipments available. 10. Shoes and towels are recommended but not mandatory. 11. Personal training with charges available. 12. Monthly fitness competition are held and listed in name board. 13. Don't have idea on stage ready for state , nationals... Overall good gym in Sholingur and good work doing by Charan....

In Sholinghur you can't find a gym like this ,this gym was extremely good , especially charan (master)he will Focus each and every in gym ,and also his training was awesome,he treats everyone in the gym like his friend,

It is the best place to keep ourselves fit and healthy.I had a remarkable difference in weight within 2 months during my gym journey.Importantly,my coach Mr.Charan guided me in a right direction.Highly recommended!
