I have recently joined this gym and it's perfect place to meet your weight loss destination. Here the trainers are so friendly and polite. They encourage us and especially the male trainer motivates us and provides personalised training, he checks whether we could do the movements or not and he is so understanding. The equipments are perfect and it's a judgement free gym and it's safe for ladies too. I loved it
