Malex health club is a great local gym. Always clean and no crowds to contend with. The staff and trainers are always friendly and helpful. Far better than the crowded Gyms in this area . A great assortment of machines and free weights for a diverse training environment. Very knowledgeable trainers help you get results.

I love the ambience of Malex Gym in Daragaon..... The Gym Instructors and Zumba Instructors are well trained.... highly experienced and friendly too. The Gym equipments and treadmills are in good working condition. I have been coming to Malex Gym since more than ten years or so... and I plan to continue my fitness journey in this Gym only for many years.... as Im happy doing Zumba and working out here..... Thankyou
