MY personal advice would be Never Ever feel shy to ask trainers regarding what , how ,why of exercise. *All Equipment whether its bench press(inclined, flat, declined),treadmill's everything you need in a gym is there and in good shape as well . Crossfit+TRX is the highlight of gym. *Women Safety is at top in Gym priority list. They won't compromise in that for sure. That's all for this review.

I have been enrolled in HR gym for more than year now, and man it has been an utterly wonderful journey. The trainers here are incredibly professional in their work and tremendously helpful. My personal trainer, Mr Rajveer, has been a great mentor in my fitness journey. I can certainly say that whoever is dedicated enough and joins this beautiful community will definitely benifit.

Gym was great. best atmosphere nice trainer... mr. Ajay sir is a gem polite, ready to help no other politics talks etc.... i give 4 star just because mr. rajveer sir is little much avoid their work. i ask him for bmi check he reply"sir i m busy right now" i asked him for fat loss diet he reply "sir fat burner lelo" bro my weight is just 67 and height is 5'10 mjhe fat burner ki kaha se need hogi....anywas Gym was great and again AJAY sir mera medical clear hogya pata nahi aap pehchanege ki nahi... but thank you "MEDICAL CLEAR for SI "in two months

Best gym in sikar and good equipment, best environment and after joining the Hr fitness gym I have gained 10+ kg weight.thanks to Naddiem sir for trained me .he tells me best technique and always ready to help

After joining HR fitness club... I gain 10+ kg weight in only 2 month... The faculty gave their 100% on me and also each and every people in gym... And specially my trainer Rajveer sir... Thank to them for my transformation....

Its kinda expensive but considering i'm in sikar its actually quite nice in there. Okay so i've been going there regularly from last moth and i'll have to say the place is really nice all sort of workout equipment you could need (if anyone ask why 4 star its because i can't ignore the fact that its expensive and i've seen better gym's at my hometown for cheaper so ) but still its definitely great gym overall i'm yet to come across any better gym in sikar yet so yeah would recommend to anyone trying to start their fitness journey.
