You will find a variety of equipments for your training. The trainers are well behaved and knowledgeable. One flaw is there is a trainer which just ignores you/not gives you proper time/not check you up on your form. Always into girls or busy in himself (Not gonna say his name but always wears full sleves cloths/ jackets) , need to seriously look onto that. Apart from him each trainer is good.

Out of all gyms in town, this is one of the best. Very spacious, clean, airconditioned and well maintained with steam and shower facilities. They have all top of the line machines available for both cardio and strength. Trainers are very polite and humble, they'll guide you for each and every excercise, Ajay ji, Lucky ji and Cp ji, all three of them have good knowledge in this field. Ample amount of parking is available for both car and bike. Also the pricing for monthly/quarterly/annual subscriptions are very reasonable when compared with the service they're providing.

The most luxurious gym in sikar with all facilities. Gym owner's behaviour is very cool . 5 trainners team are available here at gym time. Personal training also available. All equipments available . Be fit, be healthy...

Best gym and best experience with 5 am firness club the trainers are best they explain everything in a proper way family nature and They highlight the trainers are supportive and provide proper guidance, and the gym is well-maintained and clean must visit this gym
