Officer's Club

This gym is part of Officer club. It was established in 2003 and have all the equipment required in a modern gym. However, it remains neglected because Indian people have little interest in maintaining muscles. Mr Tarun Khatri is the most active member of gym and try hard to maintain it. During summer vacation number of people increase tremendously. Use it for a month and you will be transformed in a new person.

Officer club is a place for STPS employee's to get sports and entertainment, this club have a swimming pool, Badminton court, Gym, Table Tennis, Carmon board, Tennis court, weekly magazine, daily newspaper, open green gardens, big trees and lots of natural shed. The club also have a big hall for arranging small get together and birthday parties. This place is located very near to R-1 and R-2 type employee quarters thus it is very easily accessible. Lots space is there for parking free. Yearly events such as Holi milan, Diwali milan, sawan tiz etc festivals are celebrated here by employee's.

Its a good facility for engaging in Indoor sporta like TT or badminton. The Gym needs improvement

Gymnasium, Swimming Pool, Table tenis and Loan tennis is available here. This is club of all officers of Suratgarh Super Thermal Power Station.
