It's very good to join this gym. I'm practicing and gyming here for 1 year and it has been great time with my mates. The gym provides you all the needful and you can go further with trainer they will help you a lot, but yes you should be able to follow your diet routine also otherwise there will be no fault by trainer by gym side. Because sometimes people do not follow the good diet and do not perform regular gym and say that their muscles are not growing so this is not good. You should be punctual, regular and practice as more as possible.

Staf has less knowledgeable . as he said I was training for 6 years and for your kind information I have been went to every gym to get knowledge to build my self learn from others and Now I am certified fr and if you have to complain I have proof of every gym where I have joined and 3 of them are best and last I have rate 1 start only 8-9 gym where I have been in 6 years
