After years of lifting, I can say that this is the best gym experience you can have in the station area. Is the gym old? Yes, but the atmosphere, the people, you will not find a better etiquette gym anywhere else. The owner is really kind natured and is always helping the ones that need it, the trainers are all really nice, the people that come here are really friendly too. This place has certainly grown on me. 5/5

Gym for both gents and ladies...nice trainers and good variety of equipments....Aerobics session is also conducted... Many treadmills and different type of cycling and weight lifting equipments are available which reduces waiting time. The trainers are very efficient.... They provide proper guidance fir doing exercise properly... During trouble shoot they handle the problem very efficiently.... Last but not the least the gym is very neat and clean
