GAD stadium gym

Decent gym, they have most of the equipment. Good environment.

Been there for an year, in starting it was a gym I would admire. But since the owner changed the gym was overly crowded with terribly high temperature inside with just half AC working and the last time I have been there, the Leg press machine was broken which spoilt my mood and after that day I have never been to this gym. Would not recommend if you spend your money wisely.

My son went to this gym and he loved this place. The trainers are professional and friendly. The equipment is very good quality wise. Also,this gym is very affordable that's why it is famous among the people of this area. This gym is located inside a sports Complex called the shrinathpuram stadium. This gym is open from 5:30 morning till 10:30 night. This gym is for both men and women and they also have female trainers.

There are very nice and very good gym trainer. Many types of machines are available.flexible work timings. The timings for morning and evening both are available suitable to us. Latest machines are available in good condition.it is unisex gym that means both boys and girls can join . . . .

The gym is really Grt with Grt facilities,, all types of training equipment and gym accessories are present here, the gym is fully air-conditioned with Grt speakers , the trainers are really good and it offers training at very reasonable price... the gym timing is also effective
