They didn't let me in because I entered the gym wearing shoes and not carrying them. And this was my first time at this particular centre, in gurugram they are chill with it. So, I don't know if they were being professional or were being absolutely silly as they could have just asked me to take care of it from next time around. But denying me to enter is appalling. The support staff at the reception were not at all empathetic and they did not care that i travelled few kms to reach there.
