I love this place. I highly recommend this place to anyone who wants to get in shape and the ambience is very nice . All trainers are so good .Rocky sir is really awesome and helpful, he'll make you feel really comfortable. Everyday is a new training, so it is never boring.

It's peacefully palace for your workout. Machine are better good management n hygiene is first.

Just this rating for the two trainers pushpa nd pinky because they support in their way possible otherwise the gym nd other things are not good enough that one can recommend.... If you have prior gym experience then only uh should join otherwise it's waste of ur money nd time because the trainers are not attending the general clients until it's their pt as they say that they are bound they can't stand they can't tell the workout untill uh take the pt....so if uh are a Beginner then I'll not suggest for this worst experience the equipment nd steam bath is also not proper.... disappointed

Good place. It is my second gym and i have really good experience here. They have all the facilities like cafe which provide the food which includes in your diet, steam bat facility, cross fit section, cardio section and all the equipment. Trainers are very supporting and guide towards your goal.
