And the coach Mr " Sajid khan" It not only change my personality and body but gives a confidence and appreciation in the society and among my friends and relatives. I was so skinny and weak and not able to gain weight after trying so many times. But with proper guidence and] mentorship I was able to put my body in a good looking shape and size. With the immense hardwork and being with me in hard times he not only helped me physically but also at the emotional.level also What matters is the environmemt the people around your gym and sitting only at desk doesn't define you a good trainer.
