Firstly Kudos to EATING FIT and Dietician Payal Agarwal. Daily health related updates of Eating Fit are very useful and knowledgeable. Dietician Payal is putting lot of efforts for the health of people with an aim to make people healthy by not only diet plans but by eating healthy. She is well equipped with the knowledge of Food, Nutrition and workouts and knows what exactly does your body needs. She has given the best diet plan. I'm following it from 2 months and have already seeing the result from first week. I never felt hungry during the course of her diet. I understood that dieting is not starving but eating healthy and right food. She is a complete picture of hard work and dedication, very strong woman and positive enthusiast.
