I had a terrible swimming pool experience at City club ksg.
Until you join the city club they keep calling and message you after that they have no interest and responsibility , no professionalism.
I got sick (throat issue,cough,fever) after swimming for 4 days so I called them but they didn't pick up or answer it.
After I recovered a month later they refused to give me a refund or an adjustment.
