Been working out at The Chalkbox for the past 4 months and absolutely loving it! The trainers are super helpful, the vibe is positive, and the community is really supportive. Coming from a regular weightlifting gym, I've seen big improvements in my strength, stamina, mobility, and even weightlifting technique. The CrossFit-style workouts are fun and challenging, and they also offer Hyrox training which is a cool bonus. The gym is always clean (outside shoes not allowed), plus they've got changing rooms, washrooms, and plenty of parking. Definitely recommend it if you're looking for a solid place to train and grow.
