He went above and beyond to customize my membership plan based on my availability, as I frequently travel from Mumbai -- a gesture that truly reflects the gym's flexibility and customer-first approach. Another highlight is that the gym remains pleasantly uncrowded, even during peak hours, which allows for an uninterrupted and efficient workout experience. I also appreciate how open the team is to feedback; I had shared a few suggestions around cleanliness, and they were received with genuine attentiveness and prompt action.
